Outpatient Guidelines

1. Our center has two campuses: the Zhujiang New Town Campus & the Ouzhuang Campus. Please double-check the address of your appointment before your visit. Bring all necessary documents, including your ID card, and proceed to the designated campus for consultation.
2. We operate a time-specific appointment system. Your appointment slip or booking confirmation will indicate your designated check-in and consultation time slot. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance. After completing your vision test, check in at the registration counter, and then wait for your turn according to the display screen in the waiting area.
3. Please bring your medical record book and any previous examination or test results to your appointment.
4. The center implements real-name registration. Personal information cannot be changed after the consultation. To ensure smooth processing for matters like expense reimbursement, please verify that your name and other details on your treatment card, appointment registration, and medical records are consistent with your ID card.
