Important Notes for Your Visit

1. Our hospital has two campuses, Ouzhuang and Zhujiang New Town. Please check the address before your visit and go to the corresponding campus. The Ouzhuang Campus offers 24-hour ophthalmic emergency services, which require on-site registration.

2. Appointment booking time: The first release of appointment slots is at 18:00 (e.g., on Monday, you can book slotsQR for the following Monday). Appointments for the next 7 days can be made daily from 6:30 to 23:00.

3. Canceling an appointment: Cancellations must be made online (via the registration/payment record) before 23:00 on the day prior to the appointment. The consultation fee will be refunded via the original payment method. If the same patient cancels appointments more than 3 times within 30 days, after the 3rd cancellation, the appointment function will be restricted for 1 month. The system will automatically restore the appointment function after one month.

4. The Ouzhuang Campus does not have a parking lot. Please use public transportation whenever possible. The Zhujiang New Town Campus has a parking lot.

5. Please read the following regulations carefully before registration:

(1) Our hospital implements a real-name appointment system. Please use this WeChat official account or the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center APP to apply for an electronic health card for appointments. On-site registration starts at 7:00 and is only available for the General Outpatient Department and remaining appointment slots for the day.

(2) The same patient cannot make more than 2 online appointments on the same day. If transfer to another department is medically necessary, the doctor will note the referral advice in the medical record. The patient must then take the medical record to the designated location to complete the transfer.

(3) Binding limit: Each mobile number can bind up to 5 relatives. If this number is exceeded, the patients bound to that mobile number will have their appointment function restricted. To unbind, the patient must bring valid ID to the Patient Service Center for real-name verification to apply for reinstatement.

(4) No-show: If a patient has an appointment but fails to check in before the end of the appointed session (11:30 AM for morning sessions, 5:00 PM for afternoon sessions), it is considered a no-show. Since the registration information cannot be used for consultation check-in, the consultation and registration fees will not be refunded. If there are more than 3 no-shows within 30 days, after the 3rd no-show, the system will automatically suspend online appointment booking. The function will be automatically restored after one month.

(5) Lateness: Our center strictly adheres to appointment time slots for check-in. Under normal circumstances, check-in cannot be done outside the appointed time slot. Failure to check in during the appointed time slot is considered lateness. The system will place late patients at the end of the current time slot's queue.

(6) Refund: Refunds are not available on the day of the appointment.

(7) Registration restrictions:

If appointment functionality is restricted 2 or more times within one year, the system will permanently restrict the appointment function for that medical card. To apply for reinstatement, the patient must bring valid ID to the Patient Service Center for real-name verification.

If appointment functionality is restricted 2 or more times within one year, and the cancellation rate reaches 100%, the appointment function for that medical card will be permanently restricted.

If a patient has an outstanding payment record for a completed visit in the system, the system will automatically add them to a dishonesty list and suspend appointment services. Appointment services will be automatically restored after the outstanding payment is settled.

(8) When entering the hospital, please ensure personal protection by wearing a mask. If your body temperature is 37.3°C, please go to the fever clinic of a general hospital. Patients with urgent and severe eye conditions should report to the triage desk of the Emergency Pre-examination Clinic at the Ouzhuang Campus (24-hour service).
